A company in the food industry recruits two salespeople for its service needs.
The sales agent will work under the supervision of the manager in order to develop the client portfolio and generate sales to increase revenues. He/She will participate actively and directly in achieving the objectives by ensuring that the brand’s values are conveyed to the targets and that management policies are improved by ingenious and innovative recommendations.
Sale and negotiation
- Expand the client portfolio by prospecting new targets and by regularly updating the prospect databases;
- Organize prospecting campaigns;
- Conduct commercial negotiations, taking care of all stages of the sale through coordination;
- Propose optimum pricing methods to make the structure profitable and retain customers;
- Initiate talks and conduct commercial negotiations from prospecting to customer follow-up after the sale;
- Participate in the development of the sales pitch or a unique sales proposal for the products;
- He watches over the order and its routing to the customer then checks the conformity of deliveries according to the terms of reference of the contract.
Marketing and market knowledge
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from marketing campaigns and commercial activities;
- Perform satisfaction studies and any other research to understand their environment.
- Initiate and pilot certain online and offline marketing actions via various channels, including social media, direct mail and Web marketing.
- Prepare and distribute marketing and promotional materials
- Manage and update the company’s database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Carry out regular follow-up visits to the field to verify good traffic or use of the product by customers
- Propose and administer customer loyalty programs for the different targets in order to create and maintain brand engagement
- Be motivated and willing to learn

- Demonstrate a spirit of competition and surpassing oneself
- Be very organized and attentive to details
- Have very good oral and written skills: French and English
- Know how to use Gmail, Google Doc / form, Excel, calendar correctly
- Familiarity with the uses of Marketing software and online applications and CRM tools
- Knowledge of contractual obligations (conditions for setting up contracts)
- Adapt its communication to the different interlocutors within the framework of the offer and product arguments
- Detect a new need and propose a complementary or subsidiary offer
- Negotiate and sell the group’s products and services
- Use telephone sales techniques
- Create and maintain partnerships
- Listening to and encouraging the other party to express their expectations and needs
