For its Cameroon Country Operations, We are looking for:


Position: Country Manager                                                                            Job Category: Operations

Location: Douala, with field travels as necessary.

Job Purpose:

  1. Developes and delivers a country-specific opportunity-seking, programme develeopment and sales strategy that aligns with the overall business development strategy.
  2. Identifies and developes relevant networks for business expansion and welfare
  3. Developes and manages the Cameroon country team.


Ø  Interpretes the overall Opuvia action plan and localizes it for country-specific needs

Ø  Develop annual action plans and budget and defends same

Ø  Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for services and products

Ø  Sets marketing and sales schedules and coordinates same for the team

Ø  Identifies and developes a network relevant to the country;s needs and opportunities

Ø  Identify and recommen opportunities for programmes

Ø  Represents the business at the country level

Ø  Developes and leads the country staff team

Ø  Lends support to other country team as necessary

Ø  Manages customer care relations and ensures effective service delivery quality

Ø  Sets country objectives and seeks to accomplish same

Ø  Creates and presents regular performance reports for Senior management

Ø  Defends and Implements company procedures and policies

Ø  Plans and or participates in events and travels to meet clients and for outreach

Qualifications Required:

Ø  Min. university degree, preferably in Business management, EdTech, Marketing Communications, etc

Ø  Strongly motivated canddates with non-related fields, but with relevant experience are welcome.


Ø  ICT-savvy, Career and professional development enthusiasist

Ø  Strategist, leader and a people person –  a strong team player

Ø  Customer care, business and interpersonal communications;

Ø  A mastery of English, French and Pidgin Languages – strong written and verbal

Experience: Minimum 2 years of cognate experience.
